What does a project cost?
It depends entirely on what the system has to do. A single integration between two systems you already run is a different order of magnitude from a platform your whole floor works on. We scope it and give you a number before any building starts, and if the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will say that instead.
How long before it is running?
We would rather put something narrow in front of your team early than disappear for six months and come back with a launch. Scope decides the timeline and we will tell you what it looks like when we quote, not after you have committed.
We already have systems that work. Do we have to replace them?
No, and usually you should not. Most of what we build wraps around software that is already running and has to keep running. Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, Shopify, Cin7, whatever the warehouse uses, the legacy SQL box nobody wants to touch. Integrating is nearly always cheaper and less disruptive than replacing.
What happens after it goes live?
We host it, monitor it and support it. That is the part most people underestimate: software is not finished when it ships, it is finished when someone is still answering for it two years later. Usually we know something has broken before you do.
Do you only work with Auckland businesses?
We are Auckland based and work with businesses across New Zealand. Most of the work happens remotely regardless, and being in the same time zone as your operation matters far more than being in the same city.
